Modern Production Facility
Owing
to our world class and strategically located production facility, we are able to successfully
complete all the orders of our customers, within the mutually agreed
time frame. The facility is spread over a wide area and includes a
number of machinery (Juki and Mitsubishi make), tools for manufacturing best quality Car Interiors
Accessories, Wood Finish Interiors, Wooden Dash Kits, Leather Door
Trims and similar products. We have the production rate of 600 pieces
per month.
The
most important part of manufacturing process is the “material” used. Leather, which is one of our core product development materials, is passed through numerous processes for
gaining complete softness and adequate tear resistance. Only superior grade leather that is
durable, hard-wearing and ages
beautifully to develop a soft patina are used in the fabrication process. Other material used by us are art leather, foam, thread and wood. With quality-tested raw material and technical expertise, we are
able to offer complete luxurious and comfortable experience to clients in the form of our product portfolio.
